AVAILABLE SPACE first premiered in SOHO NYC in July 2003 at Bill Young’s studio in an evening length video dance presentation. A second performance installation included a 2 week teaching residency for the cast and performances at Irey Theatre, University of Colorado at Boulder in January 2004.

Two people moving through New York City, themselves and each other, find that what is possible is not always available. Their story, one of love and longing, is expressed through music and the subtleties of gesture, within a small patch of a cityscape whose background influences the story as much as contains it.

Pulsing with intrigue, full of provocative ideas, the novel Autumn Wind, Weeps alternates between computer programmer Gina Oh's reach for the pinnacle of artificial intelligence, and a wandering poet of five hundred years ago, Akikaze, who is searching for poetic luminosity. If the two worlds collide, like matter and antimatter, they will explode.
